Group Training is 5 or more athletes at each position. During group we begin with a light warm-up and then paired up for position drills. The groups energy sets the atmosphere forcing every athlete to bring their A-Game to do their best. Benefits: Group training is a highly competitive atmosphere similar to what you would experience on your team or participating at a camp.
